Roof It Right is a KRCA Certified Contractor

We are also certified by all the major roofing manufacturers. That means we have the required insurance, passed each manufacturer’s tests, and went through any training provided by the company. As certified contractors, we are authorized to issue extended warranties on the manufacturer’s products.

OWENS CORNING ROOFING — Most famous for its pink insulation products and pink panther mascot, Owens Corning is a leading innovator in the roofing industry. They are the only manufacturer that uses SureNail technology, a triple layer of reinforcement for exceptional wind resistance. As a Preferred Contractor with Owens Corning, we are proud to offer their superior products and warranties.

Owens Corning is also known for being a socially responsible company. For the fourth year in a row, the Ethisphere Institute named them one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies in 2021. Newsweek put them on the list of America’s Most Responsible Companies in 2020. TAMKO — Roof It Right is one of only four roofers in Louisville with the highest credentials with Tamko. We are a MasterCraft Pro Certified Contractor. MasterCraft Pro Certified Contractors with Tamko can offer enhanced system warranties.

DURO-LAST — Duro-Last, Inc. is the world’s largest manufacturer of custom-fabricated, thermoplastic single-ply roofing systems. Some of their industry-leading warranties include material and labor coverage as well as hail and/or high wind protection. They are the first manufacturer to expressly cover consequential damages on commercial buildings.

GENFLEX (A General Tire Company) — Roof It Right is a Licensed Applicator for GenFlex’s flat roofing systems. Their comprehensive technical training programs keep us on the cutting edge of flat roof technology. You can only get a warranty with GenFlex if your flat roof is installed by a licensed applicator. Warranties are available for up to 30 years.

KRCA- Kentucky Roofing Contractors Association

The Kentucky Roofing Contractors Association developed a contractor certification program over 10 years ago. This is because the state government does not regulate the roofing trade in Kentucky with a licensing system. Certification with KRCA provides homeowners with a non-governmental way to know that a certified contractor is:

    • Insured with workers’ compensation insurance
    • Bonded with a $10,000 judgment bond
    • Committed to the KRCA Code of Ethics
    • Participates in extensive continuing education
